Vatican

I went to the Vatican today, and as an aetheist, it is quite weird. However, I highly recommend it. I’m not a big fan of the pope, but still, to see all the paintings, all the history, it is like nowhere else. I’m not going back to the Vatican, but I recommend a stopover if you happen to be in Rome.
I also had to wear a long skirt and a tshirt to the Vatican, due to religious cover-up rules. I’m not a big fan of it, as it was quite hot today.
Otherwise, I like Rome. The food is good, the people are nice, and it’s a big city like New York. I feel at home. Too bad I have to leave Friday morning for a flight to Athens.
