Next Stop: Seville
I’ll be boarding a bus in about an hour or so to head into Seville (I’m about an hour outside the city now.) I’ll be staying at a pension where they do not speak English, so after five days at a wonderful bilingual household (spanish and english) I’ll now be forced to really put my Spanish to the test. I took Spanish in grade school and high school, so I feel comfortable enough giving it a try…we shall see how it goes.
I’ll have to board another local city bus or take a taxi once I get to Seville, and tomorrow I want to get to the train station to book my reservation for my trip to Granada on Wednesday…lots of transportation stuff to do, hope I can manage the language barrier well as I navigate my way across Andalucia this week. It is a holiday here now too, tomorrow is National Andalucia Day, so I will have to see if the holiday imposes any additional barriers to my plans.
